Orders & delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over BD 20.000, and calculated at checkout for smaller orders. We currently deliver within Bahrain only.
Can I track my order?
Yes — sign in and open Track Order (or your Orders page) to see each order's current status from processing to delivery.
Do you deliver outside Bahrain?
No — we deliver within Bahrain only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
See our Returns & Refunds page for the current policy. If something arrived wrong or damaged, contact support and we'll sort it out.
How do I request a return?
Contact our support team with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
Products & fitment
How do I find the right tyre size?
Your tyre size is printed on the sidewall of your current tyres (e.g. 265/65R17). Search that size in our catalog, or filter by size. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you check.
What if I order the wrong part?
Contact support before fitting it and we'll help with a return or exchange per our returns policy.
Do you offer installation?
Not yet — workshop and fitting services are coming. For now we deliver the parts; you fit them at the workshop you prefer.
Payment & pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (including Benefit) processed securely by Tap on their hosted payment page — we never see or store your card details.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes — every price you see includes 10% VAT. The price on the shelf is the price you pay (plus delivery, shown at checkout).
Can I get a quote for multiple items?
Add the items to your cart to see the exact total, or contact us for larger orders.
Account & garage
Do I need an account to order?
Yes — a quick sign-up (email or Google) lets you check out, track orders, and save your vehicles in My Garage.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
What is My Garage?
My Garage saves your vehicles so their details are on hand when you shop. You can add as many vehicles as you like.
